Retained HR Services
If you have an on-going requirement for HR and/or business development support, then we can provide you with a suggested profile of our retained services, including a breakdown of costs.
Typically, retained services include:
*Reviewing and updating policies, procedures and employment contracts, staff handbooks etc. *Providing on-site HR support for strategic and/or operational needs.
*Providing a telephone support service during normal working hours.
The advantage of our retained service is that we will enable you to keep abreast of changes in employment law and support the effective management and development of your workforce.
We are proud of the quality of the bespoke services that we offer. Unlike some of the larger HR service providers, we do not offer a “one size fits all” service, providing template policies and contracts that you have to try and fit into your organisation. We ensure that all documents we produce take account of the needs of the organisation and are fit for purpose.
Our service profile agreements are set to ensure that all unnecessary costs are excluded and are flexible. The agreements allow for customers to use additional time for one type of support (e.g. telephone support) and take the equivalent time from the on-site support, if required. This reduces the possibility of incurring additional costs for unexpected HR issues. We also build in discounts to all of our retained service agreements.
