Maximum statutory redundancy rate is £464 per week from 1st Feb 2014.
If earnings less than the statutory maximum then the redundancy calculation would be based upon normal gross weeks pay.
- Employee redundancy entitlements (after having worked 2 complete years) are:
- 0.5 weeks pay for each year worked, under the age of 22 .
- 1 weeks pay for each year worked between the ages of 22-41.
1.5 weeks pay for each year worked over the age of 41.
